Mr. Dennis McCormick is a founding partner of M.O.R.E. with 35 years industry, consulting, and business management experience. World-class manufacturing management processes including lean manufacturing, six sigma, asset management and operational capacity improvements have been implemented in his automotive, mining, metallurgical, petrochemical, power generation, utilities, waste incineration, food, aeronautical, athletic shoe, and computer manufacturing industries. Multimillion-dollar business results have been achieved by many of these clients. Dennis is recognized as a results orientated leader with a sense for compassion and ethics unsurpassed in the industry.

Michael Robin

Mr. Michael Robin is a founding partner of M.O.R.E. with 30 years industry, consulting and business management experience. Mike’s strategic competencies leading complex change, operational consistency, and lean reliability have provided customers with over $100 million in benefits. Progressive leadership responsibilities as he managed plants, operations, maintenance and engineering teams during almost 20 years with Rohm and Haas led to accountability for $1.5 billion in assets. Mike is an energetic leader with a natural aptitude for mentoring others. He has a record of facilitating organizations to get the best from their people, enabling them to deliver both personal and business results.

Charlie Robinson

Mr. Charles Robinson is a senior partner for M.O.R.E. with 33 years industry, consulting, coaching and training experience. Charlie has authored comprehensive guides on implementation of lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance methodologies. Charlie's ability to quickly assess complex business situations and plot strategic solutions has enabled clients to generate millions in savings. Charlie has led consulting teams, managed consulting companies and acted as personal coach to business leaders on five continents. Charlie has a reputation of relating well with all levels of the organization – from rookie operator to CEO to union president.

Dick Pettigrew
Richard Pettigrew

Mr. Richard Pettigrew, a senior partner for M.O.R.E., is a former Director of Asset Management Services for Rohm and Haas Company – a $6 billion manufacturer of specialty chemicals. His career at Rohm and Haas included Process Engineering Management, Project Engineering Management, and Maintenance Management. As Director – Asset Management Services, he managed a group of internal consultants which provided reliability, process consistency, work force practices, and technology deployment services to four businesses and more than 100 facilities world-wide.

After retiring from Rohm & Haas in 2003, Dick has provided asset care, maintenance and reliability consulting services to a variety of companies including the metals and mining industries in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He is a recognized expert and frequent speaker in the operational excellence and reliability community.

Frank Finley
Frank Finley
Mr. Frank Finley is a Lean Manufacturing and Maintenance Consultant for M.O.R.E. with 18 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance management, and technical construction project management. His professional career involves having held both technical and managerial positions. Frank authored “Equipment Downtime Reduction Management,” an innovative lean maintenance program that encapsulates all aspects of lean manufacturing, overall equipment efficiency, as well as throughput-yield and productivity improvement. Frank is known for his technical strengths coupled with his skills to connect with the client.

Blane Jarchow
Blane Jarchow
Mr. Blane Jarchow, a senior consultant for M.O.R.E., has over fifteen years of manufacturing, operations, maintenance, equipment reliability, process improvement and lean manufacturing experience. His capabilities have been transferred across multiple industries; aerospace, chemical, oil and gas, as well as heavy and “high tech” manufacturing. Mr. Jarchow has adapted his skills to diverse cultures within the U.K., France, Spain, Aruba, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia and South Korea. Prior to consulting, Blane was an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Robert Skloss is a senior consultant for M.O.R.E. with 30 years industry, consulting and business management experience. His diverse experience in transforming organizations includes site management, operations and maintenance management, site EHS management as well as implementation and optimization of manufacturing support processes and systems. Mr. Skloss became the “go to” person at Rohm & Haas for leading process implementations in complex environments. Bob is recognized for his unbiased, forward looking, results orientated and people empowering leadership style.
